How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package on our website or the courier's tracking page.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes are possible if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and new address.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local facility for 7 days for customer pickup.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We currently don't ship to PO boxes as signature confirmation is required for all deliveries. Please provide a physical address.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders over Rp 500,000 qualify for free standard shipping to most locations in Indonesia. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

All packages are insured. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
